Pagosa Springs is located in Southwest Colorado approximately 35 miles north of the central New Mexico border.  It is nestled between the Weminuche Wilderness and the San Juan Mountains, celebrating more than 300 days of sunshine per year. Our warmest month is July, with an average daytime high temperature at 83 F degrees and average low at 45 degrees.  Our coldest month is January, with a high of 39 degrees and a low of 4 degrees. Having a semi-arid climate with low winds, we don’t have to worry about checking things such as wind chill.
