Board Meetings
The Chamber of Commerce holds monthly board meetings, which are open to the public. The schedule for meetings is determined at the beginning of each year, following the election of three incoming board members at our Annual Meeting in January.

SunDowners
SunDowners are Business After Hours Networking events. SunDowners are perfect if you are a new business, a business that has added a feature or expanded your services, or a great way to bring recognition to your business. Signing up for a Sundowner occurs once a year; the first Monday in October and is on a first come, first served basis. We also encourage businesses to partner for a SunDowner especially if you are a home-based business. For more information on hosting a SunDowner, contact the Chamber.
Business Bites Luncheons
Business Bites occur once a month, typically on the 3rd Tuesday of the month. Every month there is a different topic including marketing, finance, insurance, tax credits, business expansion, and other pertinent information that would aid you in running your business more efficiently. The sessions last approximately one hour and lunch is included. A small fee is charged. Contact the Chamber or check the calendar for the monthly topic and location.
Maximizing Your Membership
Maximizing Your Membership is a service offered to Chamber members or businesses interested in becoming a Chamber member where your Chamber benefits are reviewed. This session will aid you in utilizing the Chamber website to the best of YOUR advantage and gives you content management control. The two hour class also informs you of various sponsorship and advertising opportunities and services offered by the Chamber at little or no cost. Maximizing Your Membership classes are usually held on the last Monday of each month in the Chamber conference room. Join us from 11:30am to 1:30pm, and we will provide lunch. The class is free. Ribbon Cuttings
Opening a new business, relocating a business or expanding your business services? Let the Chamber perform a ribbon cutting for you. Ribbon cuttings give your business more exposure with pictures being published on the Chamber website and in the Chamber newsletter. Invitations to the ribbon cutting are extended through various media outlets.
Business to Business Expo
Once a year the Chamber hosts a Business to Business Expo. While open to the public, this event focuses on the services and talents of the Pagosa Springs community. Booth space is available, time is set aside for businesses to speak publically about themselves and networking between organizations occur offering wholesale opportunities and new business relationships. There is a free recognition and networking reception.
