Chamber and Visitor Center Diplomats
Diplomats are year round volunteers who assist our visitors with their vacation or relocation needs. They are our community’s greatest ambassadors promoting not only our extensive outdoor playground but recommending our many fine local businesses. Training is held for diplomats to better educate them about our community. Contact the Chamber for more information about volunteering as a diplomat.
Speaker Volunteers
Every month throughout the year, the Chamber hosts various educational sessions to help Pagosa businesses improve the way they do business. Business experts in their field are asked to present at various seminars. If you feel you have an expertise in a particular subject, please contact the Chamber so that you can be added to the speaker list.
Special Event Volunteers
Throughout the year the Chamber of Commerce produces special events to attract visitors to the community and enhance our residents’ lifestyle. These events take a tremendous amount of work and planning. If you are interested in helping out in either the planning stages or through actual physical labor or being present at the event, we always need and appreciate the help and reward our volunteers. Please contact the Special Events Coordinator to volunteer your services.
